Empathy in every day
Feel supported at every stage of your continence care journey. Combining clinical expertise with genuine compassion, we provide practical support, clear guidance and ongoing reassurance, so you can focus on living your life.

Everybody has a story
Continence with Care was founded by Melinda Webb, a registered nurse with advanced postgraduate qualifications in continence, wound care and stomal therapy. After more than a decade working in hospitals, community health and disability support, Melinda saw how often people felt dismissed, embarrassed or unsure where to turn for continence care.
She built Continence with Care to change that experience. Today, Melinda continues to lead assessments and telehealth consultations across Australia, supported by a growing team of qualified clinicians.
Melinda holds a Certificate IV and Diploma of Nursing, a Bachelor of Nursing, and a Graduate Diploma in Continence, Wound and Stoma Care. She is a member of Continence Health Australia, the Continence Nurses Society Australia, the Australian and New Zealand Urological Nurses Society, the Professional Association of Nurses in Developmental Disability Australia, and The Ehlers-Danlos Society.
